We are excited to announce that we are undergoing a transformation! As we evolve and grow, we have decided to bid farewell to our beloved name, "Reiki Fifi Wellness," and embrace a new identity as "The Crystal Collab."
Three years ago, in the midst of the COVID lockdown, I (Fiona) made a life-changing decision to shift away from the corporate world of Advertising and Marketing and embark on a journey that held deeper meaning for me. This led me to retrain as a reiki practitioner, and thus, "Reiki Fifi Wellness" was born. Little did I know that this path would lead me to discover the world of crystals and crystal live sales.
What began as selling palm stones for energy healing to complement my reiki practice soon grew into something much more significant. Soon I decided to move away from energy healing and focus solely on crystal sales. Eventually we even offered homewares, flowers, candles, and crystal grids.
However, as the business flourished, so did my concerns about the environmental impact of the crystal industry. The realisation that crystals are a non-renewable resource and the sheer volume of imports weighed heavily. Many of our customers also expressed difficulties in parting with their pre-loved crystals, which often ended up unused and forgotten in the back of cupboards, harbouring stagnant energy.
My last two remaining brain cells came together and formed an idea—an initiative that would not only help reduce waste but also foster a community-driven and sustainable approach to crystals. The idea of a business focused on selling pre-loved crystals was born. Despite uncertainties, we decided to take a leap of faith and introduce the program. To our delight, it was met with overwhelming support, and we were thrilled to contribute to the well-being of Mother Earth.
Now, with two pre-loved crystal live sales per week and the unwavering support of our customers, we believe the time is right for a rebrand. "The Crystal Collab" embodies our new direction perfectly—it represents a fun, modern, and playful brand that encourages community participation and collaboration.
Over the next few months, we will transition from "Reiki Fifi Wellness" to "The Crystal Collab." We are thrilled to have you with us on this journey and invite you to witness our growth and embrace the positive change that comes with it.
