Wanted: Virtual Assistant for Instagram Crystal Live Sales

We are currently seeking a reliable and efficient virtual assistant to assist with recording claims during our Instagram crystal live sales. As a virtual assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and successful live sales by accurately recording customer claims and providing assistance to participants. Knowledge of crystals and familiarity with Instagram live sales is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Recording Claims: During our Friday night live sales (7-9pm AEST), your primary responsibility will be to swiftly and accurately record customer claims for the items being showcased into a Google Docs spreadsheet.

Fast and Accurate Typing: Possess excellent typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy. Enter data quickly and efficiently into a Google Docs spreadsheet to maintain the pace of the live sales.

Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy when recording customer claims to avoid mistakes, loss of sales, and customer frustration. Let us know if you have missed a claim to rectify any discrepancies promptly.

Additional Responsibilities (upon proficiency in recording customer claims):

Live Sale Moderation: Moderate the live sales by promptly answering customer questions, providing clear instructions and guidance to help them understand the process and rules of the sale.

Crystal Diagnosis: Utilise your knowledge of crystals to help diagnose crystals during the live sales.

Requirements:

Prior Experience: Previous experience with Instagram live sales or similar e-commerce platforms is preferred. Knowledge of crystals and their properties is a bonus.

Fast and Accurate Typing: Possess strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy to efficiently record customer claims during the fast-paced live sales.

Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy when recording customer claims to ensure a smooth and error-free sales process.

Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers, answer inquiries promptly, and provide clear instructions during the live sales.

Reliability and Punctuality: Be reliable and punctual, ensuring availability during scheduled live sales hours to maintain a consistent and reliable service.

Stable Internet Connection: Have a stable internet connection to ensure uninterrupted participation in the live sales and provide a seamless customer experience.

English Proficiency: Possess excellent written and verbal English skills to communicate effectively and professionally with customers.

Invoicing and ABN/ACN: Invoice us weekly for your services using your own ABN or ACN. The rate for each live sale is $50 AUD including GST.
